Individual risk/benefit assessments for each client to determine if in-person services are warranted, or if Telehealth services can be beneficial. If accesible and available, Telehealth services are provided for direct therapy, supervision, parent training and assessments. If not, in-person services are discussed and provided when safe and appropriate to do so.
Daily disclosure and consent forms for all in-person sessions to ensure all parties abide by CDC regulations between sessions. Daily communication ensures the respectful exchange of relevant information to keep everyone safe.
Required health check prior to entry, and strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all participation in clinic services. All in-person social groups and the EiBi clinic have been temporarily closed, but individual therapy sessions and assessments may be conducted in the clinic, following all relevant protocols and procedures.
PPE provided to all staff and required to be worn during all client interactions.
Strict policy for returning to work following a COVID exposure or infection.
